Jo Ritcey-Donohue Named Co-Chair of American Bar Association (ABA) International Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Committee

Principal and Founder Jo Ritcey-Donohue has been appointed for a second term as Co-Chair of the International AML Committee of the ABA's International Law Section for the ABA Year 2021-2022.

With over 200 Members, the International AML Committee collaborates with outside groups and other ABA committees and interacts with domestic and foreign organizations and individuals concerning AML and counter-terrorist finance laws, regulations, and compliance. The Committee facilitates examination of efforts regarding financial integrity, emerging risks, concealment of beneficial ownership, recovery of stolen assets, gatekeeper proposals, and national security concerns involving threat financing.
