Joanna ("Jo") Ritcey-Donohue has more than two decades of experience providing advice and counsel to multinational corporations facing an increasingly complex international business environment. Her expertise in risk, good governance, and compliance renders her exceptionally effective at helping clients achieve their goals while operating optimally at the intersection of competition and the law. She is recognized for her comprehensive legal analysis and business acumen; admired for her ability to build trust and rapport with clients and regulators alike; and appreciated for her timely and transparent communications, whether in addressing engagement expectations or articulating a "go-time" game plan.

Jo has two amazing children and a Goldendoodle named Guinness. She has run the Boston and Marine Corps marathons and cantored at her church, and she continues to volunteer in her community. For over a decade, Jo served on the Development Board for The Washington School for Girls, an all-girls school in Anacostia, and also served as President of the Home School Association at Holy Trinity School in Georgetown.
